Sword Business Development Representatives partner with sales and marketing to educate potential customers about the Sword solution in order to create and capture demand.  As a Sword BDR, you will drive early conversations with potential clients and uncover important details that will assist the sales team during early stages of the sales process.
What you will be doing:
  • Work closely with the sales team in your assigned territory to help create and execute pipeline growth plans
  • Drive outbound prospecting through account and contact research
  • Process inbound lead qualification from email campaigns and website inquiries
  • Drive attendance to marketing events, conferences and trade shows.
  • Work within our CRM to track, analyze, and report on sales activities and KPIs while taking ownership in improving and creating various sales-related processes
  • Communicate directly with various points of contact within our partnerships team to advance the sales effort
  • Support the sales team at conferences and in-person meetings
What you will need:
  • Desire to make a difference at Sword Health as well as for our members
  • Experience in a customer service and relationship-building role
  • Experience in a role that has required curiosity, as well as great conversation and expert listener skills in order to be successful
  • Track record of resilience and success (can be from business, sports, arts, hobbies, or anything that requires dedication and perseverance).Interest in developing a rewarding career in healthcare technology

  • Experience hitting goals both through personal contributions and through collaboration with others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, LinkedIn, and CRMs (Salesforce)
  • Intellectual curiosity (deeper, open-minded and creative thinking to solve problems)
  • Well-organized and self-motivated behaviors and prove-its that they thrive in environments with limited oversight or managerial intervention
  • Ability to adapt in a hyper growth fast changing environment
What we would love to see:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in a sales development or similar sales role
  • Experience in the benefits, wellness or healthcare
