Interwell Health is looking for a strong marketing technology professional with 7+ years marketing systems implementation and management, including administration, support, and articulating best practices. Individuals should have experience throughout the “MarTech Stack”, including platforms to host content, deliver personalized messaging, automate marketing campaigns, and lead management. Experience helping organizations define an ideal MarTech Stack vision, build a roadmap to get there and identify and partner with vendors to help us be successful. This role is both strategic and tactical, as you will also roll up your sleeves and work to help our users find value in all our MarTech systems.

This position will work on the Marketing Operations team within Interwell Health’s Digital Strategy department to help implement, manage, and administer the infrastructure for our marketing activities.

Your Impact

  • Build the Marketing Technology Roadmap, aligning business objectives to systems, technologies, and processes.
  • Build an implementation “template” ensuring good project management practices and rigorous implementation methodologies for new technologies.
  • Aligning with key stakeholders in Marketing and other organizations, play the role of business analyst to understand and scope requirements for system implementations, workflows, and configurations, and align on best practice use cases for systems and technologies.
  • Administer, troubleshoot, configure, and manage various point solutions, including video solutions, management tools, webinar systems, digital asset management systems, and more. Provide training and onboarding resources for new and existing employees.
  • Manage print vendor and new print platform building integration with other platform solutions and offer guidance to team on e-store platform and vendor as needed.
  • Work with our digital agency and IT teams to implement new functionality, integrations, templates, and architecture into the various marketing technologies.
  • Work closely with other individuals on the team responsible for Marketing Automation, Business Intelligence and Web Operations – providing support and guidance.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems with digital agency and IT teams.
  • Manage and mentor small team.
  • Provide cross functional support as needed to the marketing operations and digital teams, such as content updates, reporting, website content entry, and e-mail execution.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems management, computer science or similar technical discipline – ideally with experience with marketing systems.
  • 7+ years of practical experience with marketing technology systems.
  • Knowledge of advanced principles, practices, trends, and techniques of marketing technologies and use cases.
  • Curious in nature; able to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems daily.
  • Should be comfortable with both technical (IT) as well as non-technical audiences. Keen ability to translate complex concepts into business-friendly solutions.
