Interwell Health is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to manage new partner launches and oversee strategic projects that require close coordination between cross-functional teams and  Interwell’s growing list of partners.

As an ideal candidate, you will have deep experience managing implementation projects end-to-end including building project plans, defining requirements, building and presenting decks, tracking tasks and milestones, managing stakeholders, etc. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with our prospective partners’ teams and internal teams to ensure successful execution across workstreams, including data, marketing, product, healthcare operations and network development.

This dynamic role is client-facing and cross-functional. To succeed in this role, you will need to work closely with Interwell’s external partners to build new client relationships and understand the nuances related to the partner’s goals. We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about improving healthcare, is an exceptional project manager, polished communication skills, and is a team player.  

What you will do

  • Be the face of Interwell for new partner launches
  • Ensure successful deployment and partner satisfaction
  • Own all aspects of complex, multi-workstream implementations, including; meeting agendas, client presentations, milestone tracking, and ongoing stakeholder management both internally and externally
  • Define requirements, prioritize work, and coordinating closely with your workstream leads to ensure your projects are resourced appropriately
  • Identify opportunities for team to standardize as many components of our implementation process as possible with an eye towards continuous improvement
  • Establish a trusted relationship with our customers Coordinate handoffs with relevant internal account management and market leadership teams to drive a seamless and streamlined ongoing partner experience
  • Work cross-functionally within Interwell Health (e.g. Account Management, Growth, Data, Marketing, Network Development, Healthcare Operations, Product)

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of implementation experience
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail, diligence, and process-orientation
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to make progress in ambiguous situations
  • Comfort suggesting areas for improvement and willingness to lead improvement initiatives The ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for Interwell Health’s mission

Nice to have

  • Experience working with project management tools
  • Experience working at a technology enabled, value-based healthcare services company
