Join our dynamic Healthcare Data team as a versatile, collaborative Healthcare Analyst. Here, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming intricate healthcare data into actionable insights, working hand in hand with a passionate team of colleagues and stakeholders alike. Your role will be pivotal in sourcing requirements, structuring analytics projects, and crafting innovative solutions that drive our mission forward. From delving into base datasets to unveiling key findings through engaging visualizations, your expertise will be integral to our success. If you’re driven to make a meaningful impact in healthcare, we want to hear from you!

The work you will do:

  • As an independent contributor, write and review SQL code to collect, mine, report, and monitor key strategic initiatives.
  • Build data-driven presentations that translate business problems into data analysis with crisp insights and clear recommendations.
  • Understand existing and new data sources to incorporate into analytic pipelines.
  • Own data discovery, problem definition, analytic creation/integrity, presentation of high-value outcomes projects
  • Partner with your colleagues on brainstorming analytic approaches, participate in code reviews, and enhance the team’s collective outputs.

The skills and qualifications you’ll need:

  • Proven healthcare data analytics experience (claims, EHR, eligibility, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Power BI (preferred) or other visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Experience in SQL Python, or other relevant languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to function as a consultative business partner and present findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • High internal motivation with the ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and thrive in a 100% virtual work environment.
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and flexibility to work in current and future-state situations to meet changing and evolving business needs.
