We seek an experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our team in London. This pivotal role is at the heart of our growth strategy and directly influences our revenue and the diversity of our esteemed coach partner network.

As our Strategic Account Executive, you will be a driving force behind expanding our network of coaches, laying the foundation for success that our Key Account Managers will further nurture. This position offers a chance to significantly impact and excel in a role that values initiative and creativity.

What You Will Do

  • Target and empower coaches within the fitness, health and wellness industry: You will analyse the market and actively search for potential coach partners through various channels, tapping into diverse markets to identify opportunities and partnerships.
  • Enable coaches to see value in partnering with Lenus and secure commitments from coach partners to join our network, focusing on achieving targets that contribute to the company’s revenue growth. If coaches are successful, Lenus is successful!
  • You will plan and attend conferences, roadshows, and events to network and attract potential coach partners.
  • Working closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to ensure a seamless transition of new coach partners. You will handle the initial agreement while KAMs manage these partnerships’ ongoing relationships and growth.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in business development and sales or a similar role, ideally within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong skills in networking and relationship-building
  • Proactive sales skills to effectively onboard and engage prospective coaches
  • Proficiency in analysing data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve client accounts.
  • Ability to address challenges, find innovative solutions, and execute strategic plans tailored to client goals.
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple client accounts efficiently, and consistently meet targets.
  • Ability to approach challenges and setbacks with resilience and a positive attitude, embracing a growth mindset.
  • Experience in social media marketing is highly preferred, and it is beneficial for our coaching strategies.
  • Whilst not essential, experience in planning and executing events would be an advantage.
