Join us as our Digital Channels Director, responsible for the strategy and delivery of all marketing through digital channels globally.

Your mission? To deliver a smooth offsite to onsite experience, to maximise customer and revenue growth. 

Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, you will be driving a robust strategy to ensure consistency, with regional strategies to maximise performance. 

You’ll be the driving force behind deploying marketing expertise to maximise channel performance, bringing the brand to life, and delivering in-year commercial results while also building future momentum.


  • Defining the global digital strategy from initial advert to onsite experience, integrating brand building and selling product through effective customer journeys.
  • Refining global strategy to maximise regional performance and outcomes.
  • Driving revenue and customer growth through effective digital channel strategies, including storytelling, trading activations, and app engagement.
  • Achieving growth across digital channels with a deep understanding of measurement approaches to maximise performance in paid social, search, programmatic, and affiliates.
  • Developing and delivering clear SEO and ASO strategies for organic growth.
  • Optimising marketing investment in digital channels, through a clear measurement framework, to meet revenue and customer growth targets, ensuring efficiency in ROAS, and CAC metrics.
  • Strategically allocating investments across channels and customer journey stages to maximise new and repeat customer growth.
  • Leading relationships with digital platforms to stay ahead of the evolving digital landscape, unlock best practices and value-added opportunities.
  • Enhancing onsite and app conversion through landing the customer in to the most relevant and engaging content
  • Overseeing visual merchandising strategy, ensuring products are launched accurately, and delivering effective product presentation aligned with brand storytelling and maximising conversion.
  • Utilising analytics tools to assess performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Brand, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to achieve cross-functional goals and deliver standout digital experiences.
  • Implementing a data-driven approach for strategic and day-to-day decision making.
  • Building, leading, and inspiring strong teams, providing hands-on leadership to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
  • Driving innovation and creative thinking, focusing on growth opportunities and speed of execution.

Accountable for:

  • Driving growth through innovative, commercially focused strategies, ensuring daily to annual results.
  • Utilising strategic thinking to maximise how digital channels work together to deliver profitable growth.
  • Collaborating with Brand, Marketing, and Merchandising to achieve cross-functional goals with a delivery-focused approach.
  • Applying a sophisticated data-driven approach to understanding performance to deliver commercial goals, through day to day optimisations as well as informing overall marketing strategy.
  • Building, leading, and inspiring detail-oriented teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences. 


Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing global digital strategies, within a retail environment.
  • Exceptional ability to drive revenue growth through digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach, experience with MTA and MMM measurement.
  • Experience in SEO, ASO, Own Site (web and app), and paid digital marketing channels.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders.
  • Success in high-growth environments, understanding global sports or fashion markets.
  • Proficient presenting skills, strategic thinking, analytical mindset.

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
