As a Creative Director at RVO Health, you will be the driving force behind our creative endeavors. You will lead and inspire a talented team of creatives, actively participate in creative projects, and drive the development of outstanding work that aligns with our brand identity and business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, marketing strategies, and the ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach to creative projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and growing our creative team.

Where You’ll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Atlanta office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

  • Creative Leadership: Provide creative direction, mentorship, and inspiration to the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Hands-On Contribution: Actively participate in creative projects, leveraging your expertise to create outstanding design solutions.
  • Team Building: Recruit, hire, and develop a talented team of creatives, fostering their growth and creativity.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency and alignment with our brand identity across all creative assets, maintaining brand guidelines, and evolving the brand as needed.
  • Concept Development: Lead the ideation and development of creative concepts and strategies for various projects, including marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and product design.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to translate business goals into creative solutions that resonate with our target audience.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies, integrating them into our creative work when relevant.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present creative concepts to stakeholders effectively articulating the creative vision and rationale.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, typography, photography, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc…) and familiarity with web design and development principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into creative solutions.
  • Experience in managing and inspiring creative teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $123,750 – $175,000 (plus bonus)
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
