We are seeking a skilled Content Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the content strategy and user experience (UX) of our digital products. As a Content Designer at RVO Health, you will be responsible for creating engaging and user-centric content that enhances our products’ usability and overall user satisfaction.
Where You’ll Be
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our product goals, user needs, and brand voice.
- User-Centered Copy: Create clear and concise UX copy that guides users through our digital interfaces, making complex information understandable and user-friendly.
- Content Optimization: Continuously optimize and iterate on existing content to improve user engagement, conversion rates, and overall product performance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to ensure that content aligns with the product vision and user experience.
- Research: Work with user research to understand user behaviors, pain points, and preferences, using data-driven insights to inform content decisions.
- Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and unified user experience.
- Accessibility: Ensure that all content meets accessibility standards and guidelines to provide an inclusive experience for all users.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, UX Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing content strategy and UX copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in content strategy, user experience design, and user interface principles.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and content optimization tools.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices is a plus.
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Starting Salary: $88,000 – $120,000
*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
