Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Utilize Greenhouse ATS and other recruitment tools to source, screen, and attract qualified passive candidates for various positions within the organization.
Candidate Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate communication, scheduling interviews, conducting screenings, and supporting onboarding functions.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
ATS Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for the Greenhouse ATS, including managing user accounts, customizing workflows, generating reports, and providing training and support to team members as needed.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and support.
Employer Branding: Assist in developing and promoting the employer brand through various channels, including social media, job boards, and recruitment events.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition, and recommend process improvements as needed.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- 3+ years of experience working as a Recruitment Specialist, with a focus on passive candidate sourcing and applicant tracking system maintenance
- 1+ years of experience working in Healthcare, preferably in a startup environment
- Masterly level experience in using the Greenhouse ATS, including proficiency in creating job postings, managing candidate pipelines, and generating reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong sense of urgency demonstrated by timely task completion and two-hour Slack or email response time
- High level of internal and external service delivery
