About us:

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered over ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised over $100mm of funding from Transformation Capital, TCV, and SignalFire.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Workplace Experience Associate, you’ll be pivoting to focus on the employee experience, stretching beyond the office. A key component of this role will be to be present in the office space and readily available to support problem-solving related to office operations. The other focus area is to drive employee engagement by executing remote and in-person activities throughout the year and contributing to the in-person onboarding experience.

You will be responsible for:

Workplace Operations:

  • Be present in the office HQ around high-traffic times like 9am-3pm Monday – Thursdays
  • Manage access to the office (fobs, keycards for onboarding /offboarding, POC for #office-doorman-communication, and monitor visitor access)
  • Proactively identifying areas for improvement throughout the office space (ie. responding to employee issues such as soundproofing needs, lunch delivery, temperature, lighting, etc.)
  • Serve as the POC for food services, cleaning staff, building management, and other office services
  • Support ongoing furniture and equipment maintenance in the office ( ie. assembling new furniture and other low-lift equipment-related projects).
  • Develop documentation and manage recordkeeping (i.e. ensuring all safety and building information is always up to date in the Emergency Action Plan).
  • Be a hands-on support POC for team on-sites and proactively make arrangements for a seamless office experience.

Employee Engagement:

  • Own In-office Welcome session for all new hires, including workstation setup, work authorization verification, office tour, and introduction to in-office benefits.
  • Plan and execute monthly remote employee experience events including tracking and reporting Employee experience metrics into dashboards
  • Drive New Hire participation in company events and other areas to impact a sense of belonging and connectivity including leading remote monthly company events, planning annual or quarterly events like Holiday Party and Happy Hours, and increasing new hires’ awareness of Slack communities at Grow.
  • Swag development coordination including vendor selections, purchasing, and distribution

Salary range: $81,225 -$99,275

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

  • Embrace working out of our lively NYC HQ office, specifically during our busy hours from 9 am to 3 pm, Mondays-Thursdays. Be the friendly face and hands-on support for team on-sites, creating a warm and collaborative atmosphere.
  • Utilize your experience to efficiently manage office access and become the go-to person for visitor interactions. Your welcoming demeanor will set the tone for a positive office experience.
  • Showcase your agility in resolving various office space issues, from soundproofing to lunch delivery logistics. Your attention to detail like temperature and lighting contributes to a comfortable and productive work environment.
  • Demonstrate your expertise in overseeing office-related vendors, and taking charge of essential office services. You’ll coordinate with food services, manage relationships with cleaning staff, and liaise with building management to ensure a well-maintained workplace.
  • Take ownership of in-office welcome sessions for new hires, creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for a positive start.
  • Manage remote monthly company events strategically, planning annual or quarterly gatherings like our Holiday Party and Happy Hours.
  • Encourage engagement in Slack communities and promote a sense of unity among remote teams.
  • Showcase your organizational skills by planning and executing monthly remote employee experience events, with a keen eye on tracking and reporting metrics in dashboards.
  • Support coordinating swag development, from selecting vendors to purchasing and distributing items. Your attention to detail ensures that our team has the best company swag.
  • Your creative flair and keen aesthetic sense, recognized by friends and colleagues, will shine as you handle event collateral design. Proficiently use graphic design tools like Canva to consistently create visually stunning materials aligned with our company’s identity.
