Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience of our clinics across North America, have allowed us to lead the charge against “we caught it too late again.” Prenuvo operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Boca Raton, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, Bethesda, and Chicago, with more clinics in North America and internationally in the next 2 years.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will work closely with marketing colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to drive Prenuvo’s social media strategy and lead the execution of our social content (organic content & social-led campaigns). You will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the Prenuvo owned social strategy to enhance brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase audience engagement. This role involves ideating on and curating relevant content, managing social media platforms, analyzing social media data, and staying updated with industry trends and social media best practices.

You are as much a strategist with an acute sense of the spirit of the moment, and the spirit of the times – as you are a creative thinker and do-er who can optimize engagement and visibility in compliant (we are in a regulated industry after all) and unexpected ways.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement Prenuvo’s social media strategy with an eye to both the short term and the long term business priorities and opportunities
  • Optimize engagement through data analysis, research, insights through social listening tools, and understanding of benchmark trends and possible target audiences 
  • Create and develop various types of content series as well as ad hoc campaigns that align with the Prenuvo brand identity and are coordinated with cross-functional initiatives including but not limited to press releases, product announcements and seasonal awareness campaigns
  • Understand and apply/evolve the voice and tone balance we maintain at Prenuvo: simplification without dilution, uncompromising adherence to medical and clinical standards, relatability, trust – and of course, differentiated innovation. 
  • Set content calendars based on internal messaging priorities as well as external milestones or health-related events or topics
  • Make the most out of each channel we’re active in, based on audiences and nature of the channel (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and progressively TikTok and other relevant platforms)
  • Partner intimately with our internal creative team to ensure the best creative is being produced in a coherent, relatable, and compliant manner (including providing clear briefs, expected formats for deliverables, selecting specific edits and cutdowns, etc.)
  • You also have the chops to contribute directly to the creative efforts, through copywriting, design, infographics, videos, and any other creative forms of expression you can bring to the table
  • Jump on unique opportunities to show up in differentiated ways, and be agile and resourceful in acting fast on such opportunities
  • Provide regular reporting updates on engagement, insights, growth, and other areas of impact
  • Protect and grow the Prenuvo brand at every level, from DMs and comments engagement to seasonal campaigns and larger initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience and proficiency with all major social media platforms (including the detailed intricacies of medium, formats, tone specific to each), as well as social media management tools
  • Discipline in setting and maintaining strategies and roadmaps, content calendars, cross-functional coordination, and execution and delivery
  • Proficiency in at least 2 of the following creative skills: copywriting, graphic design, illustration/infographics, video production, or other relevant creative skills
  • Proficiency in commonly used tools in this work such as Meltwater, Figma, Frame.io, Trello, etc.

  • Compensation for this role is $85,000 – $140,000 in local currency
