About The Role

As a Creative Strategy Manager, you will interface between our Creative and Growth Marketing teams to drive our creative operating system across Meta, Google, TikTok and new marketing channels for Thesis and Stasis. You’ll collaborate to report on results, ensure rigorous and insightful testing, and manage week-to-week and month-to-month strategies and team cohesion. Your role involves idea generation, transforming concepts into actionable briefs, competitive research, iteration, copywriting, and script development. You’ll leverage data and insights to optimize creative campaigns, and your attention to detail will help us maintain brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all touchpoints.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Find Opportunities for Growth: Report on results and ensure proper testing structure for our paid advertising efforts and beyond. Adapt creative strategy in relation to business needs.
  • Build with the Creative Team: Conduct idea generation meetings, extract best ideas, and translate them into actionable briefs. Ensure that final briefs are prioritized by impact and converted to a final product as quickly as possible.
  • Manage Strategy: Develop and manage weekly and monthly strategies, focusing on competitive research, iteration, hooks, value propositions, visuals, and script development with the goal of making a positive impact to performance.
  • Research & Develop Processes: Work with marketing teams to surface research and develop processes to turn insights into creative requests.
  • Optimize Creative Elements: Use data and insights to continuously refine, test, and learn, though our paid campaigns.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency and Regulatory Compliance: Maintain adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Drive Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform and innovate creative strategies.

This role requires a proactive individual with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

We’re Excited About Your:

  • 3+ years of experience in creative performance marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns on Meta and other paid social platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills for data manipulation and uncovering insights, including building dashboards and reporting frameworks. You’re likely very familiar and comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and tools like Airtable.
  • Excellent communication and low-ego collaboration. You’re skilled at facilitating productive brainstorms, prompting groups to expose and clarify thinking, helping people feel heard, and gaining buy-in from your teammates. You have experience translating raw ideas into actionable briefs that inspire creative teams and drive tangible business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in competitive research, iteration, copywriting, and script development.
  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence and paid social tools such as Motion,, Atria, and more.
  • Excitement and willingness to experiment with new applications of AI in the creative process.
  • Nice to have:
    • SQL & Python skills.
    • Systems thinker with the ability to build and accelerate workflows.

Pay Transparency: 

We can’t quantify everything we think you’ll love about working at Thesis, from the exciting projects you’ll work on, to the smart and humble team you’ll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and equity. The base salary hiring range for this position is $110,000 – $130,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
