The Patient and Family Support Analyst is responsible for patient admissions and ongoing administrative support of patients and families admitted to the InStride Health program. Core functions of the Support Analyst include patient scheduling, timely completion of new patient admissions paperwork (assessments, consents, etc.), and system configuration. 

Our program includes Psychiatry, Psychology and Coaching services, with this position requiring close collaboration, high-level communication and customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with care team members, colleagues, patients, and others. 

What You Need to Succeed in the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or health care related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, task management skills
  • Ability to execute independently, with high accountability to get the job done

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment
  • Behavioral health experience
  • Experience working as a part of a multifaceted team
