Midi Health is the only comprehensive virtual care clinic health solution for women ages 40 to 65 navigating midlife hormone transition. Our platform provides care designed by experts, scaled by technology, and delivered by trained and compassionate clinicians. All of our services are covered by insurance, and we offer convenient access to clinical care through telehealth visits, 24/7 messaging, and home delivery of supplements and other products.

This is an exciting time to join Midi. We are rapidly scaling in order to bring more access and greater care to women around the country. The role

  • Utilize a proactive approach to identify and assess top talent, leveraging both traditional and innovative sourcing methods.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of recruiting products and features to engage with candidates and build robust talent pipelines.
  • Lead recruitment efforts with data by tracking and analyzing key metrics to inform strategic decision making and optimize hiring processes.
  • Take a solutions-oriented approach to recruitment challenges, collaborating with hiring managers to develop creative strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Demonstrate operational savvy in managing multiple requisitions, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture and attract a diverse candidate pool.
  • Influence and advise hiring managers and stakeholders on best practices for talent acquisition, providing expert guidance and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Negotiate win-win scenarios with candidates and hiring managers, balancing the needs of both parties while aligning with organizational goals and budgetary constraints.
  • Create memorable candidate experiences that reflect our employer brand and values, ensuring a positive and engaging recruitment journey for all candidates.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring technical and non-technical roles.
  • You actively engage in ongoing learning and professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Asking insightful questions, seeking innovative solutions, and challenging the status quo.
  • Someone who demonstrates agility in responding to changing priorities, adjusting recruitment strategies as needed to meet evolving business needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
  • Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams that drive innovation and excellence.
