Osmind is the premier platform for clinicians and researchers advancing new life-saving mental health treatments. Today, mental health disorders are one of the leading causes of death worldwide, especially among young adults, and are tied to shortening lifespans. While there have been developments in new psychiatric medications since the first FDA approval in 1954, today there is a growing movement among clinicians, patients, and researchers who are recognizing the need to accelerate new science.
The Osmind treatment platform is the first and only solution that solves specific challenges faced by neuropsychiatric clinics, spanning general psychiatry and interventional psychiatry (transcranial magnetic stimulation, ketamine, SPRAVATO®, psychedelic medicine, electroconvulsive therapy). The core electronic health record (EHR) technology is precisely developed for interventional treatment workflows and designed to support a strong therapeutic alliance, including journaling tools and assistance with health plan reimbursement, which is a significant access hurdle for millions of patients.
Research from our platform is already helping to set new standards for mental health interventions. For example, in the largest published real-world analysis of ketamine infusion therapy for depression, we teamed up with Stanford University School of Medicine to share findings in the Journal of Affective Disorders (March 2022). We have multiple ongoing research studies leveraging our proprietary real-world data, including an even larger ketamine analysis leveraging machine learning to predict treatment outcomes.

  • Own the sales cycle for our Electronic Health Record (EHR) for mental health providers from lead to close
  • Meet and exceed quota expectations quarter over quarter; bringing a growth mindset to develop a career as a highly successful software and healthcare sales leader
  • Become an Osmind product expert — be able to espouse our key value propositions to provider customers through demos and other communications
  • Become an expert on the tools, technology, and clinical best practices of the behavioral health market and the treatments available for patients with serious mental illness (SMI)
  • Develop and build pipeline beginning with inbound lead qualification and direct outbound, turning sales accepted leads into completed demos and closed won deals utilizing email, phone, webinar, and 1:1 demos over Zoom to establish the value proposition of Osmind and bring new customers to our platform
  • Become a superstar at overcoming objections, empathizing with prospect’s pain points, and understanding how to pivot conversations about potential deal blockers into selling points to emphasize the key value propositions of the Osmind platform
  • Negotiate contracts to maximize annual recurring revenue and ensure the successful adoption of Osmind
  • Ensure a seamless handoff to the Customer team for onboarding, training, and success
  • Provide high-quality feedback to our product team on feature requests and product feedback, using your knowledge from the front lines of clinician needs
  • 1+ years experience as a sales account executive selling a SaaS product and conducting demos over screen share with prospects
  • Strongly preferred – experience in healthcare sales as an AE or a BDR, preferably to small independent practices (1-5 providers)
  • Demonstrable sales success with a track record of exceeding quota
  • Strong competitive mindset, you thrive in an environment with clear goals and enjoy celebrating wins
  • Ability to succeed in a startup environment, pushing ahead to achieve results even when strategy is still being defined
  • Self-starter attitude that drives your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in improving mental healthcare for providers and patients
