Where we need help
You’ll work at the intersection of brand and product strategy – driving the future of the Allbirds brand across the world. You’ll have eyes and ears on culture and a pulse on where the future is headed, connecting these insights back into organized and creative brand marketing plans. You will stay deeply connected to the Allbirds Product and Insights teams regarding consumer behavior, macro and micro trends, brand positioning, competitive landscape, and developing distinctly meaningful stories.
This role entails supporting the development of Allbirds’ annual integrated activation plans, quarterly brand concepts, and product positioning that lead to seasonal briefs. You will build and maintain close collaboration with the brand insights and brand activations teams, as well as the product and strategy, design, and commercial teams to support delivery of strategic brand and business plans. You will also routinely measure and share results, industry trends and creative inspiration with the rest of the team to help keep them consumer-obsessed and results-oriented.

Now we’re looking for a Brand Strategy Manager to support our journey in growing and nurturing a global, one-hundred-year brand. We’re looking for an experienced strategist who is passionate about sustainability, lives the Allbirds lifestyle, and lights up at the thought of working at the intersection of sustainability, style, and culture. And, we’re looking for an experienced storyteller who knows how to turn an authentic insight into an integrated, meaningful strategy.
What kind of person are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in marketing, psychology, design or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, or Consumer Strategy at a lifestyle consumer brand(s) or consulting firm
- Thrives in abstract and creative environments, yet operates with structure and organization
- Proven track record managing multiple streams of work – from insights to briefs through creative development and execution
- Must be a strong collaborator, solutions-orientated, effective communicator – both verbal & written
- Has a deep curiosity for understanding people, behavior, and what makes us tick
- Possesses a genuine love of pop culture and brand storytelling
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter and resourceful – someone who will thrive in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment
