We are seeking an all-around marketing athlete and experienced manager to lead our team of member growth marketers. The Sr. Director, Member Growth will be responsible for the end-to-end member funnel, and partnering closely with our strategic partners and accounts to drive awareness, enrollment, adoption, and on-going utilization from members and their dependents. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that is a strong, innovative thinker with a proven record of creating and implementing strategic planning, influencing cross-functionally, effective and efficient prioritization, and is comfortable in a dynamic environment. You excel at solving problems, thinking a few steps ahead, developing processes and improving them across multiple stakeholder groups. This role will be a key collaborator with our Revenue team and will work in lockstep with customer success and other marketing functions to build the framework and strategies that drive member enrollment and on-going engagement with our products.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Lead a growing team responsible for driving member enrollment and engagement with our products among our customer’s eligible population, as well as supporting the mental wellbeing of their population to lead to high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Define and track progress on organizational goals to measure member enrollment, adoption, and on-going utilization. 
  • Comfortably transition between big picture, strategic thinking and tactical, day-to-day planning and execution
  • Lead the team in developing and implementing effective, efficient, and scalable marketing programs across channels (email, direct mail, digital marketing, webinars, etc.)
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams and own regular business reviews with leadership and marketing teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goals 
  • Manage a team of high caliber marketers, delivering through them, and prioritizing their career development
What we expect from you:
  • 10+ years of experience in Member Marketing, Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing or similar experience, with at least 4+ years of people management experience
  • You are comfortable in a client-facing role and are comfortable presenting engagement plans to them and interacting with them on a daily basis
  • Results-oriented mindset and comfort in analyzing data with an understanding of how to use data to optimize at different stages of the funnel.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience; ability to build trusted relationships with relevant internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Instinct for what great member experience looks like in different mediums and an experimental mindset when creating programs.
  • Experience managing and growing a team, with a strong sense of teamwork, communication and collaboration.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of the HR/Benefits market is a plus.
