We are seeking a talented and creative digital designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have meticulous eye for effective yet elevated design and a strong visual understanding of the Alo brand. As a digital designer, you are passionate about designing successful paid advertising campaigns, and will work closely with our growth team to create the best work. 


  • Developing visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Presenting design concepts and ideas to internal teams, and incorporating feedback into final designs.
  • Ensuring that all designs meet the Alo standard and align with project briefs and brand guidelines.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and strategies, integrating new resources/techniques where needed.
  • Experience with motion graphics is a strong plus.



  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a digital designer with a portfolio of strong paid advertising work.
  • Proficiency in design and motion graphics software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Figma
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 – $80,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
