Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt’s Senior Director of Brand Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the global brand strategy for our diverse range of products, including Performance Energy, Smart Energy, Ultimate Energy, and future other beverage innovations. You will be the driving force behind our brand’s success, ensuring that every initiative is anchored in our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.

This role is eligible to participate in our Management Bonus Plan.             

What You’re Good At:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive global brand strategies for the C4® brand portfolio, aligning with overall company objectives and targets
  • Leading and inspiring a cross-functional team to execute integrated marketing campaigns and launches that drive brand visibility and consumer engagement
  • Serving as the strategic and creative conduit for the Beverage portfolio, collaborating closely with internal departments, international teams, and commercial partners to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Championing the voice of the consumer throughout the organization, influencing product innovation, marketing strategies, and commercial execution to meet evolving consumer needs and preferences
  • Utilizing consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies
  • Driving continuous improvement through performance analysis, KPI tracking, and optimization of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the brand management team and across the organization
  • In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
    • Brand awareness
    • Household penetration
    • Increase DTC % of company sales
    • Market share
    • Effectiveness of full go-to-marketing process and success 

What You Contribute: 

  • 5-10+ years brand marketing experience, ideally within a blended DTC and CPG company, energy drink, sports nutrition and/or lifestyle categories 
  • Experience working, thriving, and successfully building brands in a fast-moving, and changing scale up environment
  • 5+ years of direct people leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in business, marketing, or related field preferred 
  • Proven track record of world class marketing, branding and new product strategies, including crafting successful marketing campaigns, increasing revenue, brand awareness and consideration
  • Experience translating rich consumer insights into actionable and compelling marketing tactics
  • High standard of culturally relevant creative excellence
  • Analytical mindset with ability to story tell through data
  • Strategic and innovate thinker who can deliver results that are aligned to business goals and objectives
  • Has a growth-mindset, with accountability, urgency, and a desire to win
  • Project management skills to manage multiple high-profile and high-budget projects at once
  • The ability to influence, work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment where the ability to influence and build relationships is critical
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive personality and careful attention to detail 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build strong internal/external relationships
