We are looking for a talented and inquisitive Senior Manager, GTM (Go to Market) Business Systems, whose drive for learning and determination for continuous improvement align with our ambitious, fast-growing and transforming company. Based in Boston, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of business systems supporting our sales, marketing, and customer success functions. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the integration of various business systems, such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), and other relevant tools, to streamline processes and ensure data integrity.


  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of revenue operations systems and processes to drive efficiency and scalability, primarily through Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the integration of various revenue-related systems, such as CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (HubSpot), commissions (Xactly), and financial platforms (Netsuite), to streamline data flow and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain data analytics and reporting capabilities within Salesforce and HubSpot to provide insights into revenue performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage a global team responsible for system administration, user support, and training in Salesforce to ensure effective utilization of revenue operations systems.
  • Act as a key liaison with sales, marketing, customer success, finance and other departments to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment on revenue-related initiatives within Salesforce.
  • Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new systems and processes within Salesforce, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.


  • 7+ years of sales and business operations experience or directly relevant experience; able to leverage knowledge and industry best practices from other high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Salesforce certification: Advanced administrator certification
  • Proficient in implementing and customizing Salesforce CPQ solutions
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing revenue operations systems, particularly within Salesforce and HubSpot ecosystems.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
