About the job

We are launching a stealth venture in the Infusion and Chronic Condition Management space. This venture will reinvent the way patients with complex, chronic conditions are treated by empowering the Ambulatory Infusion Center as a tech-enabled hub for infusion and chronic condition management. 

With chronic disease at epidemic levels, and playing an outsized role in healthcare spending, along with a fragmented CCM market with limited virtual capabilities, positive outcomes have been isolated and inconsistent. Digital CCM models face a number of critical challenges at a time that the prevalence of chronically-ill patients receiving infusion therapy is growing rapidly, and infusion therapy is critical to many complex, chronic condition patients. As this population grows, the overall cost of care and need for effective infusion treatment will continue to grow as well. Providers are in limited supply, payors are aggressively implementing tactics to control spend and Pharma faces a constantly changing landscape of requirements.

Our Chronic Care Management Hub addresses these limitations, benefitting from human centric and direct engagement, patient health record access, clinically-validated capabilities, tech-enablement and integration with referring providers, established reimbursement and direct sales and clear value proposition.

As CEO, you will launch and grow your business with the mission to empower the AIC as a tech enabled hub for infusion and chronic condition management.  Responsibilities will include:

What you’ll do:

  • Set the vision for the company and define the overall strategy from launch to scale.
  • Establish and execute the GTM strategy and create plans for expansion.
  • Structure a thoughtful organizational hiring plan and recruit, retain and develop world-class talent against that plan.
  • Drive strategy and decision-making across all functional areas, including product, clinical, operations, technology, marketing and finance.
  • Determine the highest order KPIs and build the plan and team to measure, monitor, and improve them.
  • Coalesce patient needs, provider workflow, and areas of high clinical value and impact to define business and product strategy.
  • Lead and execute market level and national strategy for the organization.
  • Lead strategy to negotiate with Pharma.
  • Lead corporate development strategy and secure agreements with provider partners.
  • Develop partnerships with leading stakeholders across the CCM consortium.
  • Regularly partner and communicate with Venture Chair, the broader Redesign Health team, and relevant investors and/or Board of Directors.
  • Create and sustain a great company culture consisting of clearly articulated values and inspired leadership
  • Drive operations, including full P&L and cash flow management.

What you’ll need:

  • Background
    • 15+ years of experience, most recently executive-level CEO/GM experience, in a fast-paced organization. 
    • 5+ years of experience with provider networks and physician groups developing business models around the provision of care.
    • 5+ years of experience leading teams and managing business objectives across strategy, corporate development, operations, product, and human resources within a 4-wall environment.
