We are looking for a highly analytical, digital-savvy Director of Growth Marketing to develop the Marketing team at [solidcore]. This is an incredible opportunity to lead customer acquisition, retention and loyalty and drive meaningful new client revenue by testing and scaling digital acquisition channels as well as optimizing the full marketing funnel. 
The role requires a scientist who can uncover insights in data, and a creative storyteller with a passion and deep understanding of the power of brand + organic marketing. We’re looking for someone who thrives on testing and relentless experimentation, and values the importance of qualitative research and understanding customer psychology to uncover what actually motivates people to make decisions and come to [solidcore] to create the strongest version of themselves. 
Our ideal candidate has also deployed paid media to drive paid channel efficiency, conversion and lead generation. Located in vibrant Arlington, VA, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization with a desire to be the leader in the studio fitness space.
Responsibilities
  • Report to the SVP of Digital & Marketing to scale the Growth function at [solidcore] with a focus on driving revenue growth and increasing client retention
  • Develop and lead the performance and growth marketing strategies to drive acquisition, retention, reengagement and customer loyalty/frequency
  • Maximize traffic, leads and conversions through both organic and paid channels (own the digital marketing strategy, and effectively managing the performance budget to drive new client acquisition and leads)
  • Lead CRM strategy and enhancements, grounded in data + client insights, to the entire customer journey, user experience and brand presence (SEO, ASO, email, in-app, SMS)
  • Develop and implement a cohesive inbound content strategy.
  • Partner with Operations, Customer Support, Sales, and digital Product teams to enhance client experience and increase overall satisfaction and loyalty (encompasses loyalty program, field marketing and strategic partnership)
  • Partner with our business analytics team to design lead scoring and nurturing programs (create client segments/personas and personalized campaigns)
  • Recommend improvements in the entire customer journey across all possible touch points (digital and off-line) and present findings in a clear and actionable format
  • Lead and manage [solidcore]’s loyalty program end to end
Qualifications
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] brand
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience with a leading lifestyle or consumer brand, preferably in a Growth or Performance Marketing role
  • 3-5 years of management experience 
  • A quant-savvy, full-funnel marketer with a proven track record driving efficient growth (deep understanding of the evolving digital marketing landscape)
  • Data-driven, consumer-centric CRM expert focused on retention and loyalty 
  • Ability to collaborate with Brand Marketing to optimize ad messaging and creative on an ongoing basis, while building a larger plan/testing framework for non-digital media
  • Ability to work under pressure – someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
