The Senior Manager, Site Experience role is pivotal in optimizing our online presence to align with our product offerings and consumer expectations. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of eCommerce and merchandising, capable of driving our editorial calendar and ensuring cohesive storytelling across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enhancing site experience, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the merchandising strategy of the site, ensuring alignment with product architecture and consumer shopping experience
  • Partner closely with the merchant and product teams to ensure alignment on priorities for the brand and business. Build GTM plans that support the strategy and provide regular feedback and input that refines and betters the strategy go forward 
  • Lead the editorial calendar in collaboration with the brand marketing team, promoting a consistent brand narrative. Drive a process for the calendar across all areas of the site to ensure a consistent brand story throughout the site as well in pre purchase stages
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to maintain uniform storytelling on and off the site
  • Analyze site performance through a consumer and category lens, prioritizing initiatives to improve the shopping experience. Responsible for delivering on budget targets and adjusting as needed throughout the year in order to deliver
  • Foster cross-functional partnerships to enhance site experience and meet commercial objectives
  • Manage direct report through clear expectations, clear and objective feedback and through removing roadblocks and fostering autonomy
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, general management, or merchandising, preferably in the footwear or apparel industry
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results and drive site performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business goals
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, with proficiency in site metrics and web analytics tools
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage up, influencing strategy and operations
