The Role

This is a high-visibility and high impact role where you will influence and be an active contributor to developing, improving, and maintaining our models, processes, and tools.  Our team works closely with senior executives to plan the business and allocate resources for the company’s strategic initiatives. You will act as a trusted finance partner to business leaders to help drive decision making. We are looking for someone who can pair strong modeling, analysis with strategic thinking, is operationally minded, loves to build (models, analyses, etc.), and has a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.

What You’ll Do

  • Own benchmarking, month end close and forecasting processes working with Finance and Accounting peers 
  • Serve as a thought leader to build scalable processes and models
  • Analyze, benchmark, and report on financial results and key metrics, synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and proposing solutions
  • Facilitate and support ad hoc as well as targeted projects to evaluate investment opportunities and initiatives by quantifying the impact on revenue and margins

Who You Are

  • 6+ years of experience at fast-growing SaaS companies; earlier experience in banking, consulting, and/or private equity preferred
  • Prior financial and scenario modeling skills using Excel / Google Sheets
  • Experience working with, engaging with, and presenting to senior leadership
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Enthusiastic working in a flexible, fast-paced work environment
  • Self-starter who can prioritize tasks and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Mastery of Excel with the ability to build large models that are flexible to drive conversations
  • Knowledge and desire to use automation tools to drive efficiency improvements across the team

Depending on the scope of the role, some ranges are indicative of On Target Earnings (OTE) and includes both base pay and commission at 100% achievement of established targets.
