The Role: 

Viz is looking to hire a Finance Manager, GTM to report to the Sr. Manager of Corporate FP&A as the Company continues its accelerated growth. This role will be an integral team member helping manage our financial forecasting and reporting, as well as being the analytical mind behind go-to-market decisions. You will help enhance forecast reliability, automate processes, and make recommendations to improve sales metrics and profitability as the company continues its hyper-growth. 

You will:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company revenue, expenses, and cash flow and build ad-hoc models to understand ROI and support investment decisions
  • Create in depth Sales & Marketing scorecard including funnel conversion to understand full sales cycle and provide insights to support decision-making by management to improve efficiency
  • Manage monthly and quarterly reporting/KPIs to monitor company health and assist with preparation of quarterly management, board, and investor reporting
  • Work closely with Accounting team to ensure alignment of forecast and actuals
  • Business partner with executives to develop annual budgets and re-forecasts and review spending against targets
  • Maintain corporate structure to ensure financial data is at the required granularity as the company evolves and identify process improvements
  • Support forecasting software implementation and continued maintenance

  • Business partners rely on you to provide strategic direction
  • Ability to provide reporting and meaningful insight in a timely manner
  • Interpret levers and profitability of new initiatives and impact on company financials
  • High level understanding of the full company and relationship between financial statements and levers

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline
  • 5+ years of experience across Corporate FP&A / Finance, M&A / Investment Banking, Consulting, or other highly-analytical work
  • Very high attention to detail and focus on work quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and PowerPoint
  • Basic proficiency with forecasting software (Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.)
  • Experience in SaaS strongly preferred

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Salary Range: $112K – $150k
