We are looking for a mission-driven, highly motivated team member who shares our passion and vision to simplify access to high-quality, affordable mental health, and is excited by the entrepreneurial challenges of supporting the scale of a rapidly growing operation.

As a Senior Operations Analyst specializing in Planning & Insights, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic planning and operating rhythm of our operations organization. • Build and maintain excellent and innovative forecasting models in collaboration with Operations Leadership to support workforce management and labor planning, driving team decisions for hiring plans to recruit the right team members at the right time.
  • Drive analyses that help the Operations team make high quality decisions, thinking ahead to what guardrails, monitoring, or flags our teams may need as we continue to grow.
  • Develop and leverage strong cross functional relationships with Business Intelligence, Finance, Product, and Engineering to support a high quality, holistic operating rhythm backed by relevant data across the organization.

Who you are:

  • You have 4-6 years work experience in business operations, workforce management, or business analytics – ideally in the start up, healthcare implementation, or healthcare consulting space.

  • You have extensive proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or similar software for data analysis and visualization.
  • You are relentlessly organized with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional project management skills.
  • You have exceptional communication skills and can effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • You are passionate about mental health, our mission at Alma, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I).
