Ergatta is hiring a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our Member Experience team!
As a Marketing Operations Analyst at Ergatta, you will play an integral role in helping to strategize and operationalize member engagement flows that influence and change member behavior. This is a highly collaborative and impactful role in which you’ll work closely with marketing team leadership, the email and SMS lead, and the product team to create communications across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging that encourages product usage and deepens members’ connection to the brand.

As our first Marketing Operations Analyst you will:
  • Operate as an all-around Braze and owned marketing channel expert (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging), providing feedback on the capabilities and limitations of our marketing engine.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering as the marketing point of contact to enable cross-platform integration, new data point additions, and testing.
  • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel marketing automation projects to help move customers through their journey from member creation to a core member.
  • Act as an internal quality control check for all customer flows and journeys to prevent over-messaging and create a best-in-class user experience.
  • Execute and analyze multi-variate A/B tests to increase flow performance and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with our Product Analyst and Product Managers to identify critical inflection points for messaging interventions to increase member sessions on the rower and reduce churn.
  • Concept, code (HTML/CSS), test email, and form templates for campaigns and flows as needed.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner with the Director of Member Experience to evaluate data and member journeys to put together gap analyses and strategic recommendations to solve complex objectives.
  • Mentor member experience teammates to skill up with Braze.
You have:
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Braze is a plus!)
  • Identifying objectives, setting KPIs, and measuring success against those objectives
  • Experience running multi-variate A/B tests within flows
  • Experience leveraging customer data and managing customer journeys, keeping the customer top of mind to create an ideal experience
  • Experience with complex marketing automation implementations, including intricate A/B testing, audience targeting, dynamic content, and multi-channel
  • Experience with HTML, HTML5, XHTML, CSS, CSS3, or JavaScript
  • Experience working on a product or within an organization whose primary objective was to increase product usage
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve across teams and tools
  • Ability to operate in an environment where you may have the highest level of expertise in your field and the organization is doing many things for the first time.
  • A low ego collaborator with a “gets things done” ownership mentality.
Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience with data analytics tools (SQL, Looker, Tableau, Segment).
  • Experience working on a subscription product.
  • Interest in fitness and/or gaming.
  • Experience in a start-up environment.
