THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a SMB Sales Director to our SMB Revenue team in Miami!

As a SMB Director of Revenue, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of the SMB segment by driving sales processes, managing client relationships, and optimizing team performance. This role focuses on delivering strong sales outcomes through effective prioritization, execution, and communication. Working closely with internal stakeholders and your direct sales team, you will contribute to both new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts, aligning with the company’s overall strategic goals for the SMB segment.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from new business within the SMB segment
  • Build a strong team of AEs through coaching, training and innovative growth strategies
  • Manage a pipeline of SMB prospects, ensuring organized and efficient sales processes, and utilizing CRM tools to track progress and performance.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Lead key meetings, client pitches, and presentations, translating business needs into clear action plans and setting up the team for successful execution.
  • Regularly review data and KPIs to inform decisions, improve sales processes, and identify areas for growth, ensuring a data-driven approach to revenue generation.

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SMB segment, possessing a strong understanding of the sales process and a proven ability to meet revenue targets.
  • 3+ years of experience managing direct sellers, preferably within the SMB segment, with a proven track record of delivering sales targets. Ability to lead and mentor a small team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. 
  • An effective communicator who can convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders at various levels and is comfortable leading large group meetings with internal teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize short, medium, and long-term goals and effectively align team priorities with business objectives.
  • Skilled at building relationships, both internally and externally, fostering trust, and engaging with clients beyond transactional conversations.
  • Detail-oriented and data-savvy, with the ability to manage forecasts, analyze sales performance, and utilize CRM systems to optimize results (Salesforce preferred) and other sales analytics tools to drive performance.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and executing sales strategies that contribute to business growth. 
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $130.201 – $162.752. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.
