The Digital Engagement Manager is pivotal in our marketing team, overseeing communication across multiple channels, including email, web, and our CrossFit app. This role involves harnessing the power of enterprise digital platforms to boost customer engagement and loyalty through targeted marketing strategies. Beyond just email, this role demands a comprehensive grasp of digital marketing practices, coupled with adeptness in utilizing communication platform functionalities to segment audiences, tailor content, and refine campaign effectiveness. Working in tandem with various teams, the Digital Engagement Manager will spearhead the conception and implementation of campaigns that not only meet company goals but also elevate the quality of customer interactions.
      Email Marketing Management: Overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
      Web Communication Strategy: Developing and implementing strategies for web communication, including website updates, landing pages, and other web-based content to complement email campaigns.
      CrossFit App Notification Support: Managing notifications and communication within the CrossFit app to keep users informed, engaged, and motivated.
      Braze Platform Utilization: Leveraging the capabilities of the Braze platform to segment audiences, personalize content, and analyze campaign performance across email, web, and app channels.
      Campaign Development and Execution: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop creative campaign concepts and execute them effectively across different channels.
      Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitoring key metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.
      Customer Experience Enhancement: Contributing to the enhancement of the overall customer experience by delivering timely, relevant, and personalized communications across all channels.
      Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with stakeholders across marketing, design, product, and other teams to ensure alignment of messaging and goals across all communication channels.
      Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing, web communication, and app notifications to continually improve strategies and tactics.
      Reporting and Analysis: Generating regular reports on campaign performance, conducting post-campaign analysis, and providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
      Proven leadership, ability to establish and maintain a positive work culture among a team, and ability to communicate effectively to both large and small workgroups.
      Proficient in digital engagement platforms (e.g., Braze, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
      Strong understanding of email marketing principles, segmentation, and testing methodologies.
      Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive email content.
      Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
      Familiarity with regulations and best practices related to email marketing compliance.
      Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
      Previous experience (3 years) in email marketing, preferably within the health and fitness industry.
