Hinge Health Hybrid Model:
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 2 days/week. We will be expanding to 3 days/week in the office beginning April of 2024.
About the Role
Join Hinge Health as a Marketing Operations Associate and become a key player in our mission to create a new healthcare system. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic marketing team at Hinge Health during a period of strategic growth. As a Marketing Operations Associate, you’ll support our outreach to large organizations, health plans, and client marketing. This entry-level role will play a crucial role in executing integrated marketing initiatives, ABM strategies, and demand generation campaigns. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing operations run smoothly, contributing to our mission of transforming MSK care. This position leverages both remote and in-office work advantages in our hybrid model. Description of an ideal candidate
We are looking for candidates with experience in data management, digital marketing, and a background in B2B marketing operations.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Drive Lead Generation Campaigns: Successfully support and execute integrated email, direct mail, digital, lead-nurturing, and content marketing campaigns, resulting in increased lead generation.
  • Accelerate Prospect Movement: Support the operations behind lead nurture programs effectively, accelerating the movement of prospects through the demand generation sales funnel, leading to a higher conversion rate.
  • Enhance Lead Management: Optimize marketing automation practices to attract and guide qualified leads through the sales process, resulting in improved lead quality and conversion.
  • Audience Segmentation: Segment target audiences based on persona strategies, enabling more tailored and effective outbound marketing activities.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Maintain, and report on campaign/program performance, providing valuable tracking and analysis insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Efficient Lead Management: Implement, test, and execute regular reporting on Pardot-based programs for lead management, nurturing, scoring, and routing, streamlining lead handling processes.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Collaborate with sales operations to enhance and troubleshoot lead management processes and integrations, ensuring seamless coordination between marketing and sales.
  • Data Privacy Compliance: Ensure compliance with data capture standards, meeting the organization’s data privacy regulations, safeguarding sensitive information.
  • Performance Tracking: Manage tracking links for programs/campaigns to monitor their effectiveness and make necessary adjustments for improved performance.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Responsively handle inbound requests related to the website, reporting, technology support, and swag store, ensuring a seamless experience for internal partners
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing and demand generation, along with 1+ years of experience with one or more marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred) and a CRM tool (Salesforce.com preferred).
  • B2B Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of B2B marketing and demand generation best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply insights for program optimization.
  • Collaborative: Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Comfortable working in a team environment.
  • Strategic Thinker: Possesses strategic thinking skills with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
