WHOOP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will play a crucial role in expanding WHOOP’s presence within the Defense, Federal Civilian, State, and Local government market. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about technology, health, and serving a mission-driven customer segment.
  • Drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals within the government market segment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and finance teams to develop and execute targeted strategies to penetrate government accounts effectively.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs and pain points of government customers and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to government clients, providing insights on how WHOOP can enhance their performance and well-being initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements relevant to the government market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the government sector.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and contracting vehicles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactical plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and technology is a plus.
