We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Some roles which require a greater degree of day-to-day collaboration will benefit from more in-person opportunities. Employees in Hybrid roles are expected to be in office 1 day/week (Wednesdays) in hub locations that have an office, and may be expanded to 2 days in 2024.
About the Role
We’re looking for a results-oriented product marketer to join our growing team. This role will work closely with the product, commercial, and clinical teams to drive the go-to-market activities for our growing product portfolio. 
You’ll collaborate with the director of product marketing to develop compelling value propositions, messaging, and assets and deliver the foundational work required to launch new products to our employer benefits, consultant, and health plan clients. You will leverage market insights to define personas, messaging, and product strategies, then drive the cross-functional execution of those tactics.  
Our ideal candidate has deep customer and market curiosity and the ability to translate those insights into meaningful messaging and GTM strategies.

  • Use market and customer insights to identify market opportunities, inform the product roadmap, validate product concepts, segment audiences, and shape GTM strategies.
  • Develop positioning, narrative, and messaging strategies that drive our audiences to action and differentiate us from the competition.
  • Collaborate with the director of product marketing to create the go-to-market strategy for new products and features and orchestrate the cross-functional execution plan to achieve business goals.
  • Create compelling product marketing assets, evidence, and enablement to support demand generation and sales efforts.
  • GTM Success: Track record of successful product launches.
  • Market Research: Gathering insights from internal and external sources, assessing the impact, and making strategic recommendations. 
  • Messaging: Experience developing compelling internal content and training for sales, customer support, and marketing, as well as effective external product marketing assets, including videos, demos, one-pagers, and sales pitches.
  • Project management: Getting things done and effectively prioritizing many competing demands. Strong project management skills are a must, with experience managing design teams, freelancers, and agencies to scale quality content in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient & adaptable: Passionate about execution excellence, with a track record of bringing creativity, positivity, and high energy to complex projects. Able to roll with the punches. Effective fire-fighter. 
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B digital health product marketing at hyper-growth companies in complex verticals such as healthcare.
