Are you an experienced marketer who wants to drive brand success and digital transformation for one of the largest sportswear companies in the world? Our Brand Engagement and Digital Innovation Team is changing how ASICS develops relationships with our consumers – more personal and more data-driven – to grow the ASICS business globally.  
This position will support the development of compelling evergreen initiatives aspart of global brand campaigns, brand storytelling and content delivery. This individual’s focus will be building seasonal and evergreen marketing assets and channel plans across several ASICS business categories, all while integrating campaign performance and data.  
Job Duties:
  • Advance global brand platform via activation and evergreen marketing strategy and execution 
  • Support the digital brand content and campaign development process end-to-end for key brand activations: including creative briefings, channel strategy, creative development, content production, feedback gathering, reporting and analysis 
  • Manage cross-functional relationships to develop strategic brand and evergreen channel plans that drive brand consideration and education  
  • Report on campaign performance across all digital channels and KPIs 
  • Proactively share learnings with relevant stakeholders for continued improvement 
  • Develop and execute a digital brand campaign roadmap and calendar  
  • Present campaign plans and reports to stakeholders across the ASICS organization  
  • This candidate will be able to work fast, manage multiple priorities, demonstrate strong judgement and attention to detail, take ownership and be a team player with the ability to work with multiple colleagues globally  
  • This candidate should be self-motivated, creative and customer-obsessed 
  • Ability to be in-office as needed (onboarding, company-wide/team meetings, etc.) 
  • Ability to travel up to1-2 times per year 
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferred fields of study include business, marketing, advertising or communications
  • 2 years of marketing experience, including digital and brand marketing  
  • Strong project management skills to manage highly complex and global projects required 
  • Understanding of digital channels and best practices  
  • Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders of varying seniority and backgrounds  
  • Strong digital analytical skills  
  • Understanding of marketing content best practices and trends  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment  
  • Self-motivated, creative and customer-obsessed
  • Greater Boston Area is the preferred location for this hybrid position.
