Senior Manager, Partnerships

Reporting to the VP, Growth, the Sr. Manager, Partnerships will support building the Partnerships vertical from the ground up. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing all processes related to go-to-market execution for partnerships.  
  • Identify pipeline opportunities and support diligence. 
  • Negotiate deal terms with potential partners across commercial, media, content, and product deliverables. Partner with Legal to redline and execute contracts. 
  • Write creative briefs and collaborate with the Brand team to create marketing assets. 
  • Coordinate channel plans with the Media, LCM, Social and Podcast teams. 
  • Partner with Product on integrations as well as app, POS, and affiliate link optimizations. 
  • Report on partnership metrics including, but not limited to, sales, activations, and CAC, working with Analytics. 
  • Support Finance to optimize the partnerships LTV/CAC model with learnings per partnership. 
  • Communicate customer support requirements for partners with Membership Services. 
  • Work with A/P to reconcile sponsorship or marketing payments with partners. 
  • Identify & action on synergies with the Sponsorships & Partnerships team. 
  • 7-10 years of experience across marketing and media. 
  • Strong understanding of partnership measurement. 
  • Proven track record of closing negotiations. 
  • Ability to influence leadership and cross-functional partners to support initiatives. 
  • Brings a mix of a creative & commercial mindset to the table. 
  • Has a problem solver mindset and thrives in ambiguity. 
  • Data-driven with superb attention to detail.
  • Strong planning and prioritization competencies to execute with pace.
  • Passion for fitness, health & technology is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
