Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, [solidcore] is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization.  The Brand Marketing team is responsible for the growth and impact of the [solidcore] brand strategy and brand activation. Our fast-growing brand marketing team understands our clients, drives innovation, and delivers impact by enabling our clients to become the strongest version of themselves. The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting and executing integrated brand campaigns in partnership with our Loyalty and CRM team to ensure consistency and impact across all channels, as well as strong community awareness for new studio openings.   
More specifically you will:
  • Support development and implementation of marketing and communication campaigns for new studio openings to ensure 360˚ integration of brand activation and messaging across multiple consumer touch points including public relations, digital, social, video, mobile, influencer, and paid media. 
  • Develop and inform creative & media briefs for agency partners and internal teams to assist in the creative development process managing workflow of project details and creative direction to meet local initiative needs. 
  • Work closely with the field leadership team on identifying and supporting local initiatives in line with studio prioritization levels. Analyze and translate local market trends and consumer insights into business insights that inform strategies to grow the business and unlock new opportunities.
  • Liaison with CRM and Loyalty Marketing team and local initiatives for consistent integrated customer experience for triggered communications. 
  • Identify local partnership and public relation opportunities that will amplify brand awareness and consideration 
  • Ensure all communications are in line with brand identity, guidelines, tone, and strategy 
  • Communicate all local and new studio marketing plans and activities with key stakeholders, leadership, and field team members. 
  • Execute and support retail and partnership strategy, as needed.
  • Responsible for tracking budgets and scope of work to ensure maximum ROI and overall expenditures.

  • Work well under pressure and can effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands to appropriately prioritize responsibilities.

  • Strong creative eye & customer-centric lens, with the ability to efficiently direct agency partners to achieve the desired state.
