Our private practice, Early Medical, is a telemedicine practice, and most of the staff is fully remote. Our founder resides in Austin, TX.  Our patients reside across various US states – with a small percentage of international patients.  Our physicians are required to maintain proper physician state licensure as a condition of active and ongoing employment, supported financially and administratively by our operations and HR teams.


We are a multi-brand portfolio owned by Peter Attia, MD, author of the #1 New York Times Bestseller, Outlive: The Science and Art of Longevity, founder of the bespoke private practice and digital health platform Early Medical and Early, and host of The Drive, one of the most popular podcasts on health and medicine. Peter focuses on applying the principles of Medicine 3.0 with the goal of lengthening lifespan (living longer) and simultaneously improving healthspan (living better).

In this role, specifically, you will lead the business expansion of Early Medical’s patient care model by developing and growing our digital health/telemedicine practice to reach a broader patient base. Eventually, you will lead and direct a fully independent team specializing in patient care delivery that adheres to the operational principles of Medicine 3.0. This includes taking on a significant leadership role in overseeing clinical operations, processes, and protocols across your team of practitioners and support staff. In partnership with our research and digital products teams, you will serve as a liaison and translator of relevant science to our patients.

We are seeking a candidate who embodies the perfect blend of a physician AND an entrepreneurial leader.


  • The ideal candidate is an internist (or similar) with at least 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience, at least 2-3 of which have been spent in a concierge (or similar) environment. Additionally, the candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience incorporating the principles of Medicine 3.0 as developed by Peter Attia.
  • Relevant business and entrepreneurial experience or awareness is essential. For example, you have built and/or operated a clinic or business. In lieu of this, a plausible candidate possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to build or scale processes and teams.


80% Direct patient care (telemedicine virtual consultations, responding to patient messages)

20% Strategic administration (support and leading the expansion of a secondary practice)


50% Direct patient care

50% CEO-like responsibilities (building and leading a new enterprise, including talent acquisition, product development, and process optimization.


Clinical experience and Specialized knowledge

  • At least 5 years of post-residency or fellowship experience in patient care within a concierge, primary care, internal medicine, or family medicine setting;
  • At least 2 years of combined management, leadership, operations, and business development experience;
  • You are a “Medicine 3.0” zealot, familiar with the clinical frameworks developed by Peter Attia;
  • Delivering an exceptional patient experience remotely via Zoom;
  • Working in a high-touch, customer service-orientated practice with insight on how to foster and maintain a satisfying customer experience;
  • Communicating complex ideas in written format to a non-scientific audience;
  • Demonstrated analytical capacity and critical thinking skills to efficiently dentify, manage, and delegate, and deliver the right projects across a small team of practitioners and support staff


  • Medical degree (MD) and a current DEA license; and
  • Licensed to practice within New York, California, and Texas within the first 6 months of employment.

  • Strong proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and find it enjoyable to learn and implement new software solutions.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, the highest level of completed education, and years of experience required.

Our competitive compensation package starts with a base salary of at least $350K, accompanied by significant incentives designed for high performers who thrive in high-risk, high-reward environments. This package allows top talent to actively participate in the financial growth and success of the company, directly benefiting from their contributions.
