About the Role
We are seeking a Health Coach who is deeply passionate about behavioral change, habit formation, performance optimization, and science-driven wellness. This is not a traditional health coaching role—this is an opportunity to work at the cutting edge of precision health and longevity medicine, partnering with top-tier physicians and providers to deliver elite, highly customized health coaching that transforms lives.
As a Health Coach, you will be responsible for flawlessly executing patient strategies, ensuring that every interaction is backed by scientific rigor, deep expertise, and an unwavering commitment to perfection in patient care. You will serve as a dedicated guide and strategist, helping patients integrate personalized nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and behavioral interventions into their daily lives.
Your role demands a meticulous level of attention to detail—from ensuring that every recommendation is backed by the latest research to tracking patient progress with precision. You’re always looking for ways to improve—you refine, adjust, and elevate your approach because you know that even the smallest details can make a big difference.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct flawlessly executed, one-on-one coaching sessions to assess patient goals, barriers, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop highly structured, science-backed coaching plans focused on nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management—with no guesswork, only precision.
- Utilize data-driven insights (biometrics, lab results, wearable data) to refine and perfect patient strategies.
- Serve as a trusted accountability partner, ensuring that every plan is followed through with discipline and meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as a bridge between patients and physicians, ensuring continuity of care with seamless execution.
- Stay deeply informed on the latest scientific literature, integrating only the best, most precise methodologies into coaching strategies.
- Implement innovative coaching methods that enhance patient adherence and engagement, refining them until they are as close to perfect as possible.
- Continuously improve coaching methodologies, tracking systems, and behavioral change frameworks, ensuring they meet the highest standard of excellence.
- Contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing, ensuring best practices evolve with the latest research and are executed flawlessly.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Direct Client Coaching (50%)
- Weekly/bi-weekly virtual coaching sessions
- Daily client communication via messaging
- CGM and sleep tracking data review and feedback
- Meal plan implementation support
- Sleep optimization coaching
- Stress management and recovery guidance
Program Implementation (30%)
- Breaking down nutrition protocols into actionable steps
- Creating client-specific tracking systems
- Developing contingency plans for travel and special events
Client Success Management (15%)
- Regular progress reviews and protocol adjustments
- Coordination with personal chefs and support staff
- Documentation of client progress and challenges
Program Development (5%)
- Contributing to program improvement based on client feedback
- Developing resources for common client scenarios
- Documenting successful implementation strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in health coaching, performance coaching, or a related discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a strong preference for advanced degrees in relevant fields.
- Extensive knowledge of nutrition (precision Nutrition level 1+), exercise physiology (preference for ATC credential, ACSM or NASM certification), sleep science, and behavioral psychology, with a track record of delivering results with precision.
- Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into actionable, highly effective strategies.
- A natural self-starter who thrives in high-performance, detail-oriented environments.
- Experience coaching for behavioral change/modification and habit formation
- Deep familiarity with Dr. Peter Attia, Medicine 3.0 principles and a passion for longevity and performance optimization.
- Strong experience interpreting and applying scientific literature to inform coaching strategies.
- Certifications such as NBC-HWC, ACE Certified Health Coach, IIN, or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with high levels of autonomy and an unwavering commitment to perfection.

Compensation
$90,000 – $110,000 (base + performance bonus). Compensation is based on factors including geographic location, experience, skill set, and interview performance.
