About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team specializing in Pilates equipment sales. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our sales & operations team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Your primary role is to generate both DTC and B2B sales opportunities for the Flexia Reformer and Online Studio.  This includes:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Create and manage a continuous pipeline of leads and opportunities
  • Perform live virtual demos in a 1:1 or group setting
  • Prospect current customers for leads and opportunities
    • Referrals, studios, commercial partnerships
  • Manage relationships with affiliates and marketplace partners
  • Communicate with prospective and current customers to understand their needs and requirements for purchase
  • Manage and answer all sales related inquiries, nurturing into new opportunities.
  • Research and keep up to date with the latest competitor offerings
  • Weekly reporting on pipeline and opportunities
  • Manage and grow the customer referral program
  • Work with marketing to deliver feedback and customer learnings for improvement in site and ad campaigns

We do this by providing an energizing and low-impact way of working out at home on our patent-pending smart Pilates Reformer.

Flexia has developed and is selling a pilates reformer that has design elements that make it stand out from the competition and which sell successfully against competitor reformers.  Flexia’s Movement Quality Score (MQS) platform is the first and only platform in the world that provides real-time feedback and tracks progress in Pilates.  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in teaching Pilates, preferably Reformer Pilates
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation

  • Base salary is $55,000+equity with the possibility to quickly scale to $150,000 with commissions.
