You Will:
  • Be an integral part of a fast-paced team
  • Cultivate and refine company-wide programs and continuously look for opportunities to improve the recruiting function, with a focus on automation and scalability
  • Streamline the interview process from end-to-end to ensure that candidates are informed, engaged, and excited about Forward
  • Use your passion for technology and automation – you are always exploring new systems solutions for you and your team in pursuit of increased efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner with Forward hiring managers to understand positions and team needs
  • Own multiple projects under tight deadlines while working alongside cross-functional teams of physicians, engineers, and operators
You Are:
  • Analytical: data and process are your friends, and you are comfortable navigating Google Sheets and Excel documents. Looker experience is a huge plus!
  • Startup ready: You’re someone who’s self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Process-Oriented: We’re growing fast and have lots to build along the way. We’re looking for someone who will develop new processes to optimize workflows and make operations more efficient
  • Proactive: Take initiative, follow-through, and work with a sense of urgency
  • Detail-oriented: you triple-check your work before shipping and have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fun! You’re someone teammates can approach easily and you know how to have fun and celebrate success.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Recruiting, HR, strategy, program management, and/or operational execution
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven ability to understand and operate within complex systems 
  • Proven ability to communicate abstract information to different audiences
  • Strong analytical skills. Proficient in spreadsheets and a quick study in data management
  • Experience leading and influencing without authority
  • An entrepreneurial mindset that balances creative problem solving with the desire to run through walls to deliver outcomes
