Job Description

We’re looking for a Head of Product to drive our hardware and digital experience, ensuring we become a category-defining product.

Responsibilities

• You’ll lead product strategy, design, and execution across both physical and digital experiences, blending deep customer insight, design intuition, and execution excellence.
• Understand our customers deeply—their needs, behaviors, and motivations through hands-on research.
• Translate insights into impactful product features—bridging hardware, UI/UX, and industrial design.
• Own and drive the product roadmap—prioritize features, refine execution, and launch seamlessly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally—working with design, engineering, and marketing to bring ideas to life.
• Balance innovation with simplicity—focus on what matters most, eliminating unnecessary complexity.

About You

• 7+ years of experience in hardware, wellness tech, consumer electronics, or human-centered design
• Customer-obsessed—You put the user first and work backward to build solutions that truly matter.
• Creative & strategic—You blend vision with execution, pushing for both innovation and practicality.
• Design-driven—You have a strong eye for industrial and digital UX design, ensuring a premium experience.
• Action-oriented—You operate with high agency, making informed decisions without over-analysis.
