Job Description

The Athlete Marketing Manager role will be reporting to the Head of Influence, this role will be responsible for leading the North American Athlete Marketing Program (influencer) and overseeing a team of Athlete Marketing Associates.

This will involve creating and driving a successful strategy that supports the company’s goals. The “Athlete” is an industry renowned title that is only offered to an exclusive number of influencers & athletes annually.

The use of influencer marketing in forming long term strategic partnerships & content creation has been a widely considered as one of the key factors in stimulating the company’s growth


  • Responsible for the development & growth of the Regional Athlete Marketing Program
  • Responsible for the regional budget set by the Head of Influence
  • Responsible for the day-to-day running’s of Regional Athlete Marketing Program
  • Developing and overseeing the Influencer activation strategy and execution for given region
  • Developing and overseeing bespoke disruptive and integrated marketing plans, leveraging creators within the brand and capitalizing on key industry moment within the brand direction and against set KPIs
  • Responsible for Athlete Marketing recruitment strategy for given region
  • Responsible for flawless experience between the Brand and the Creators
  • Coordinate communications and campaigns within Athlete Marketing and Partnership teams as well as with key stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and complete success.
  • Seed and network with relevant external profiles to create a strong ecosystem of relationships in the regional influencer space
  • Report on Athlete and Influencer performance using KPI’s set by line manager – these include monitoring social compliance, content development, commercial metrics


  • 5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing and/or Brand Content Creation
  • A passion and great understanding for social media & content marketing
  • An understanding of North America cultural specificities
  • A genuine interest in fitness/conditioning
  • Ability to manage several projects concurrently
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, results oriented with an eye for details
  • Excellent communications and networking skills.
