You’re coming into a pretty great situation. Lineage has grown incredibly quickly in our first year with almost no paid media. Our customers are obsessed with our products. And we have the power of Paul Saladino’s trust behind us. But we’ve barely scratched the surface on our mission.
As we look to scale to the next level, we need a true growth marketing expert to help us scale this rocket ship responsibly.
This is a full-stack growth role for someone who can toggle between strategy and execution, short-term wins and long-term systems. You’ll be responsible for building a rigorous, data-driven growth engine—from paid acquisition and CRO to landing pages, bundling strategy, and e-commerce experimentation.
You won’t be handed a bloated budget or a giant agency team. You will get autonomy, ownership, and the chance to work on a meaningful mission alongside a lean team of high-performers. You’ll collaborate closely with our Director of Marketing, Head of Content, GM, and founders to build a profit-focused, growth flywheel that makes real food go mainstream.
We don’t want to look like every other DTC brand, and we don’t want to be overly reliant on Meta. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, test aggressively, and optimize ruthlessly across a smart mix of channels and touchpoints.
Things to Know / Requirements
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Build and manage full-funnel paid acquisition programs (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
- Manage and scale paid channels profitably against key KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV)
- Work with the Head of Content to generate, test, and manage high-performing creative
- Create and A/B test dialed landing pages that convert
- Own CRO initiatives—directly or via agency/contractor oversight
- Build and iterate on product bundling, discount strategies, and offer tests
- Own and improve Shopify site experience and integrations
- Develop growth playbooks for new channels (e.g., TikTok Shop, YouTube Ads)
- Audit top-of-funnel marketing mix and optimize for efficiency and incrementality
- Implement measurement frameworks and build reports to track incrementality and true contribution
- Collaborate with Director of Marketing on partnerships, brand messaging, campaign development, and channel coordination
- Test and learn at a fast clip, analyzing results and iterating constantly

📈 Must-have Requirements
- 4+ years of DTC eCommerce growth experience (bonus if in food, wellness, or CPG)
- Shopify ecosystem expert (Platform functionality, apps, integrations)
- Expert knowledge of advanced DTC marketing metrics (nCAC, aMER, iROAS, etc)
- Experience leveraging next-gen attribution tactics / platforms for incrementality testing / MMM modeling (Haus, Prescient, Triple Whale, Northbeam)
- Strong creative strategy / storytelling capabilities for paid / UGC ads (concepting, hooks, etc)
- Deeply analytical and comfortable modeling first-order profitability and ROAS vs LTV
- Write “24” in your application under “What’s your favorite number?” so we know you read this
- Ability to design and test landing pages, page components and UX/UI enhancements as part of an ongoing CRO process
- Can manage external agencies and contractors while owning outcomes
- Have built growth systems—not just run campaigns
- Are relentlessly curious and operate like a scientist (hypothesis → test → analyze → repeat)
- Care deeply about health, food, and building a brand with integrity
