Fitt Talent Partners is a specialized recruitment firm working with top health, fitness, and wellness companies. 

We’re filling this role for a leading Health & Wellness Platform — that has existing partnerships with CrossFit, WHOOP, Momentous, and other top brands.

Job Description

The goal for this role is to bring our unlocked HSA/FSA product into the corporate benefits world, and allow employees everywhere to spend their dollars on fitness, supplements, and other products and services that are medicine. Success in this role looks like building partnerships and relationships with HSA/FSA administrators, TPAs and benefits brokers, and other major platforms in the benefits space.

This role will report directly to the CEO, will require founder-level energy and drive to build this channel from scratch. The ideal candidate has years of partnerships experience and relationships and knowledge of the benefits and/or healthcare space.

Responsibilities

Build partnerships with decision-makers at key companies.

  • You’ll be responsible for building and owning relationships and partnerships with key companies and players in the benefits and other worlds.
  • You’ll work to build relationships with large organizations like:
    • HSA/FSA administrators (Wex, HealthEquity, Optum, etc)
    • TPAs and benefits brokers (Sequoia PEO, Mercer, Gusto, Justworks, Forma)
    • Self-insured employers

Create and execute pilot programs with potential partners

  • You’ll own the relationship between us and our key partners, and be responsible for creating and running key pilot and other programs with our partners.

Work hand in hand with the rest of the team

  • You’ll own the strategic partnerships function within the company, and be responsible for working cross-functionally with the rest of the team on any and all partnerships. This is a key initiative for us and you will be given a lot of latitude to drive results around this initiative.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of partnerships experience, and is driven to play a role in fixing the health crisis we see in the US.
  • Has significant experience in client facing roles.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changes and taking initiative where needed.
  • Embraces a fail-forward mindset, eager to experiment, learn, and evolve strategies to achieve growth.
