We are looking for a people-oriented, motivational and dynamic leader to act as the General Manager for our Eugene studio.  This role presents an opportunity for the right person to join an organization that will expand its footprint in the Central Oregon region and to grow with us as new studios are opened.  All this while enjoying the backing of the most established and popular brand in the industry. 

What you will be doing as a Restore General Manager:  

People Management

  • Work with ownership to establish a culture that prioritizes customer experience, fosters collaboration and teamwork, and strives for excellence in everything we do. 
  • Interview, hire, onboard and train staff members with the help of Restore’s corporate support team 
  • Lead performance management activities with each staff member. 
  • Assist in selecting and developing high-performance employees for additional responsibilities and internal promotability.
  • Lead and influence staff through motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure maximum productivity and aligning the team on goals and expectations.
  • Enforce studio policies, procedures, productivity and training standards. 
  • Oversee employee schedules to maximize usage and efficiency while ensuring adequate coverage. 
  • Audit and verify payroll information for each pay cycle and ensure staff commissions, bonuses and tips are accounted for. 
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate promotions, goals, trends and other relevant information. 

Operations Management

  • Ensure an exceptional studio experience that engages and retains customers in a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Continuously improve operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to operating and safety standards. 
  • Make timely and effective decisions regarding customer service issues.
  • Collaborate with ownership to ensure optimal studio performance and staff development.
  • Review weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics with ownership.
  • Communicate with Restore corporate and participate in training as needed.

Sales & Marketing

  • Be the primary face of the business within the Eugene market.  
  • Drive studio sales through membership, packages and retail opportunities while adhering to sales success metrics. 
  • Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and referrals
  • Lead studio team in service and product knowledge and motivate them to meet and exceed sales goals. 
  • Set daily, weekly and monthly goals across all services to ensure clear expectations for staff and the success of overall studio performance.
  • Ensure all lead generation platforms and partners are managed effectively and all marketing campaigns are followed.
  • Maintain and track active marketing efforts through events, business-to-business, word-of-mouth and social media platforms.
  • Manage or delegate social media channels for the studio to create compelling posts and communicate with guests and leads.
  • Work with ownership on developing and maximizing local partnerships and engaging in local events and activities.

What we are looking for as our first Central Oregon General Manager:

  • You have positive energy (even when it is hard to do so) and a desire to grow personally and professionally.
  • You take feedback well and are also comfortable providing suggestions and feedback to ownership.
  • You know how to lead and are also humble enough to perform tasks yourself.  
  • You are on time, reliable and professional.
  • You are passionate about health, wellness and longevity.  
  • You have managed a team before (3 to 5 years experience) and know how to motivate people. 
  • You are data-driven and also appreciate that a services business requires a personal touch.
  • You can work with a marketing team to identify the ideal customer profile and assets designed to attract leads.  
  • You know how to sell, how to follow a sales process and how to convert leads into customers.  
  • You are comfortable with technology.
