The Role

We are seeking a creative, experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join our brand marketing team. This role is crucial for amplifying our brand’s digital presence and effectively engaging our community. The Brand Marketing Manager at Saysh is responsible for leading our brand’s digital marketing efforts, including the creation, management, and execution of our social media calendar and weekly newsletter. 

In your first six months at Saysh, you can expect to:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our brand’s vision and values
  • Create, manage, and execute the social media calendar, adhering to the social media platform strategy provided
  • Design and disseminate visually compelling content across various digital platforms using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Create, manage, and execute the weekly newsletter, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and adheres to brand standards
  • Generate and analyze weekly social media and newsletter performance reports to optimize strategies
  • Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and design
  • Monitor digital marketing trends and adjust strategies to leverage new opportunities effectively.
  • Share content ideas and recommendations with the brand marketing team based on data and a deep understanding of Saysh
  • Monitor and identify content trends and cultural moments that Saysh could participate in, respond to, or become the trendsetter of
  • Create engaging and visually stunning content that resonates with our audience, both in the form of creative direction and execution
  • Write copy that captures the brand’s voice and communicates our message effectively 

The Location

This role is a hybrid position, with an in-office expectation of 2-3 days/week, and will be based out of either our NYC or Los Angeles office.

The Ideal Candidate will Bring:

  • Proven experience in social media management, graphic design, and digital marketing
  • Strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Klaviyo
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and detail and an understanding of visual design
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to capture the brand’s voice
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics and strategic content creation.
  • Tech-savvy and self-starting approach, with the ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Ability to work both independently and autonomously, as well as collaboratively with a tight-knit team
  • Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and wellness industries, and a desire to promote women’s empowerment
  • Loves figuring out what makes content engaging and viral but is not afraid to break these rules and experiment from time to time
  • An approach that social media is a place for creative expression and enjoys working with writers, photographers, videographers, and designers 

The Pay:

The posted salary range for this role is: $70,000-$80,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, stock options, and benefits.
