Now, we’re hiring a Social Content Designer to help bring that perspective to life on social, expanding our reach, deepening engagement, and turning our content into conversation.
This is a part-time, contract role.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a part-time Social Content Designer fluent in internet culture and obsessed with health, wellness, and fitness.
You’ll help translate our newsletter, podcast, and market research into visually engaging, high-performing content for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. Think: graphics, carousel breakdowns, Reels, trending formats, and sharp commentary.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic and creative, someone who can quickly distill key takeaways and turn them into impactful content.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling social content, including custom graphics, carousels, static posts, and writing/editing short-form video
- Adapt content to different platforms, audiences, and tones (e.g., IG vs. LinkedIn)
- Collaborate on content planning and idea generation
- Stay on top of social trends and emerging formats to keep content fresh and relevant
- Track content performance and audience engagement to guide future strategy
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Figma, CapCut, and Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Deep understanding of what performs well on Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and creatively through visuals and captions
- Familiarity with the health and wellness space — you follow the brands, people, and trends shaping it
Experience
- You’ve created content for a media brand, consumer startup, or agency
- You’ve built a personal or professional account with meaningful reach and engagement
- You can edit graphics, video, and motion graphics for social
