We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and savvy Studio Consultant to join our mission of helping boutique fitness and wellness studios thrive by building community, increasing attendance and driving sales.
This team member will be responsible for working directly with our clients in a consulting capacity, delivering the data-driven business assessment and forward-thinking, innovative marketing solutions that Telomere is known for. The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience, studio management or consulting experience, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
This role involves an extensive amount of strategy as you help studio owners navigate everything from pricing structure to staffing, marketing strategy and vision. You will help them create and achieve their goals while embodying Telomere’s values of being detail-oriented, outside-the-box thinkers who know how to succeed in this ever-changing industry.
Industry Expertise: This position requires an extensive understanding of the operations of single and multi-location boutique fitness studios across various modalities (yoga, Pilates, barre, HIIT, bootcamp, spin, martial arts, personal training, etc.). We are looking for someone who has worn all of the hats—from instructing to managing—and understands the unique challenges and opportunities in the wellness industry.
Strategic Mindset: You’ll need to see both the details and the bigger picture, adapting strategy to every studio’s unique universe. You should be curious, keen to problem-solve, and driven by the desire to help clients thrive by turning every challenge into an opportunity.
Communication Excellence: This position requires direct communication with clients via regular meetings. These meetings will require collaborative thinking, out-of-the-box ideas, and the ability to deliver key analytics driven by the overall goals and objectives of the client. You should be able to offer clients a sense of calm even in the face of stress, guiding them to solutions through thoughtful insight and learned experience.
Growth-Oriented: You’ll work directly with our entire team and will include some management responsibilities. We are looking for a team player who enjoys collaborating and working with a group to bring ideas to fruition and who can actively assist the team in Telomere’s continued growth.
As a Studio Consultant at Telomere, you’ll be responsible for delivering our proven methodology that has helped hundreds of studios increase customer acquisition, improve retention, and drive sales.
