We offer comprehensive, data-driven consulting for our clients, helping them to drive sales, memberships and overall profitability as well as a renewed sense of joy in running their businesses. We also provide several marketing services including e-mail marketing, ads and social media marketing.

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and organized Studio Support to join our team. 

This team member will be responsible for assisting lead consultants with the data collection, analysis, marketing efforts and meeting prep for their accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills. Serious interest and/or experience in the fitness and wellness industry is a requirement.

The position will entail assisting the Telomere team with consulting and consulting-adjacent tasks, including but not limited to assisting with meeting preparation, running KPIs and pulling reports, creating marketing calendars and marketing materials, and administrative tasks as necessary. Light design skills with Canva are also a bonus.

As this position is a junior position, you’ll have the opportunity to learn a breadth of topics— from launching a new business, studio operations and overall business strategy to creating effective marketing initiatives, pricing strategy and more for our partner studios. This position is a great starting point for someone looking to grow into a managerial and/or consultant-style role.

This position works directly with our Consulting team. We are looking for a team player who enjoys collaborating and working with a group to bring ideas to fruition and who can actively assist the team in Telomere’s growth. 

Position Overview:

Qualifications/Attributes:

• B.S./B.A. ideally in a marketing or communications-related field
• Experience with the fitness or wellness industry
• Team player who enjoys working in collaboration
• Independent, confident, and self-motivated individual (being a remote role, this is important)
• Passionate about health, wellness, lifestyle, and healthcare
• Strong communicator; excellent interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, meticulous and thorough
• Strong analytical skills and can translate metrics and insights into actionable and measurable results

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the senior consultants with client needs, including KPIs, meeting preparation, pricing analysis, competitive analysis, research and more
• Become comfortable with the software we use to then be able to track and manage accounts
• Copywriting support 
• Assist with designing assets as needed for marketing materials

You’ll need to:

• Have 1 year of studio management experience and familiarity with the various platforms (see below)
• Feel comfortable asking questions and willing to think outside the box!
• Be accustomed to working on multiple projects with different deadlines simultaneously
• Dynamic, professional, able to communicate effectively and enthusiastically 
• Be confident that you are detail-oriented and always striving for continuous improvement
• Self-starter with a positive attitude who enjoys working proactively and thinking creatively

 It’s a plus if you: 

• Have experience with studio management software, including Momence and Mariana Tek
• Have graphic design experience/skills
• Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Brandbot, Mind Body Marketing Suite, Mailchimp, Flodesk and ConvertKit
• Digitally-literate, including Microsoft and Google products
