Overview: World On Fire is a boutique brand agency that works with a select group of high growth brands in the fitness and wellness space. We specialize in brand strategy, brand identity, partnerships and activations for our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our experienced team of industry operators. As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to fully own and operate e-commerce for direct to consumer brands, email marketing and loyalty & rewards programs. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with the founding team and an ecosystem of creators, athletes, entrepreneurs. This role offers a unique experience to own and operate significant parts of the business in a fun and exciting start-up environment.



  • Manage and optimize all aspects of our e-commerce operations, including website management, product listings, product merchandising
  • Enhance customer experience through deep understanding of e-comm landscape.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data insights, and leverage customer feedback to continuously optimize the ecommerce experience and drive business results
  • Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce, and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, inventory management, supply chain and customer service, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives
  • Project manage scopes of work with web development agencies to launch websites
    • Manage the day-to-day relationship with them to keep the site up-to-date with new features

Email Marketing:

  • Lead the execution, and ongoing optimization of email marketing campaigns to engage customers, drive conversions, and increase brand loyalty Loyalty & Rewards Program
  • Build and manage a framework for loyalty and community programs. This will include creating and managing the web experience and supporting the program initiatives by launching online events and experiences.


  • Deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, including website optimization, conversion rate optimization, and customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce operations, email marketing, and loyalty programs
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms to drive revenue growth and improve user experience
  • Experience in email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and automation
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging data insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and drive results under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Passion for innovation, creativity, and staying up to date on all of the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and e-commerce
