Job Description

We are seeking a Sales and Ops Education Specialist to develop and execute elite training programs for our sales and ops teams across the franchise network.

Responsibilities

• Develop Educational Programs – Create structured training courses to elevate knowledge, skills, and execution.
• Lead Training & Certification – Conduct ongoing education, hands-on training, and certification programs.
• Standardize Operational Excellence – Establish best practices, methodologies, and performance benchmarks across all locations.
• Mentor & Develop – Provide direct coaching, guidance, and professional development to enhance consistency and quality.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sales and operations in a multi-unit business
• Proven track record in developing and leading education programs
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
